The Binary Program Optional Secondary Phase

For more difficult collections and possible litigation processing, an aggressive Secondary Phase exists for TPCA members. At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, accounts that still remain delinquent can be transferred, at your option, to our Secondary Contingent Recovery Division (SCRD).

Upon transfer, every remedy available will be exercised on your behalf. This includes asset searches, power-dialing, advanced skip tracing, and even litigation at TekCollect’s expense. We offer one of the industry’s leading litigation departments for decisive court action when necessary. As an additional benefit to TPCA members, TekCollect advances all court costs and attorney and filing fees.
